SPECIAL EDITION CHRONOGRAPH

Between 1988 and 1991, Ayrton Senna took three world championships at the wheel of a McLaren that carried TAG Heuer on its flanks. This chronograph brings that partnership back to the wrist: an anthracite dial, a red-lacquered tachymeter track, and the Senna S set at six o'clock.
THE DETAILS

A sunray anthracite dial carries three red-ringed counters and applied indexes filled with luminous material. At six o'clock, the Senna S sits inside its own subdial, printed in the red of the helmet.

Hands and indexes are filled with luminous material that holds its charge through the night. In the dark the dial strips back to what matters: the time, the running seconds, and the tachymeter arc waiting to be used.

Senna's helmet is engraved into the steel caseback, ringed by SENNA SPECIAL EDITION and the 200-metre rating. The tribute is stated once, on the side nobody sees - which is the only place it belongs.

Fine-brushed links with polished centre rows, closed by a folding clasp with double safety push-buttons. Screw-down crown and caseback keep the water resistance rating honest under pressure.
Three world titles, sixty-five pole positions, forty-one victories. Ayrton Senna turned a single qualifying lap into something people still watch decades later - and he did it in an era when the stopwatch, not the sensor, was the measure of a driver.
